About Me
Arlene Martinez (aka La Colora) is one of the leading influencers in the Latin music space. Her insightful understanding of Latin urban music industry, consumer taste and the evolution of the genre have made her a respected voice in that music field. Not surprisingly, she is on first name basis and holds social media conversations with the leading figures of reggaeton. During her stay in Los Angeles, she witnessed the evolution of the genre and covered Calibash from its inception to the last edition, now the leading urban music concert in that city. Living in Los Angeles allowed her to expand into other entertainment fields but music has always been her passion. Now residing in Colorado, her voice continues to be a bicoastal force with national presence. Being a mother of millennial children and a military spouse, she is uniquely experienced and has had relationships with various brands and companies.

About CARLOS BALLARTA:

Born in Mexico City, Carlos Ballarta has a ten year career in the Spanish speaking stand up scene. To this day he is the only stand up comedian with three jokes about elotes.

 

Carlos has three Netflix specials: El amor es de put*s (2016), Furia ñera (2018) and Falso profeta (2021). His most recent special, Rebelde Comodino, was released on YouTube in July 2023.

 

Carlos has successfully toured all around Mexico, Latin America, the United States, Canada and many cities in Europe.

DENVER, CO (8 de enero) – Comedy Works y Paramount Theatre se enorgullecen en presentar al comediante y actor Mexicano CARLOS BALLARTA para una noche de comedia el 2 de mayo de 2024. El espectáculo será a las 7:30 p.m., y las puertas se abrirán a las 6:30 p.m.

About CARLOS BALLARTA:

Nacido en la Ciudad de México, Carlos Ballarta tiene una carrera de diez años en la escena del stand up de habla hispana. Hasta el día de hoy es el único comediante de stand up con tres chistes sobre elotes.

 

Carlos tiene tres especiales en Netflix: El amor es de put*s (2016), Furia ñera (2018) y Falso profeta (2021). Su especial más reciente, Rebelde Comodino, se estrenó en YouTube en julio del 2023.
